Besides this problem I now have a new one.
I can’t log in to my Matomo, I always get a “You are currently not allowed to log in …”.
I tried from different computers and devices, with different IPs, but nothing helps. So I can’t check (and change) Brute Force Settings.
Is there any other way to clear that problem? I have SSH access to a server with all privileges.

After some time (maybe an hour), I can log in again. But the question remain. Is there any way to release (change) this from Linux command line on the server?

Hi,

You can use the ./console login:unblock-blocked-ips command to unblock all IP-Addresses.
