Outlinks for page not as transitions

Hi there!

I am struggeling to get all the outlinks of a specific page from my tracked website.

So there is a page (…examplepage.com/start.php) and I want to see all the links clicked on this page that are outlinks. On Behaviour -> Outlinks I can see the outlinks of the entire page (…examplepage.com) but I only need the ones for /start.php.

I assume I should generate a segment for that page /start.php and then look at the outlinks but how do I arrange that segment correctly?

I understand that I can see the transitions as suggested in these issues/features: Outlinks per page but I want to see more details as in the overlay and be able to compare differnt outlinks etc. as possible in the Behaviour -> Outlinks section.

@karthik would the above be possible in a custom report? Or is the answer the same as in Downloads per Page - #3 by peterbo that a custom dimension is required?

Am also linking to Outlinks per page where the feature was previously requested.
