Hello,
In our Matomo installations, we do have many users. It is not uncommon, that a user is changing position intercompany or leave the company. E-Mail reports are bound to the person, who created them and not visible for anyone (also not for the Superadmin)
This combination means a lot of work for us, which often has to be done directly in the DB.
For example: the reports are still needed, but the person who created them is no longer involved with analytics. In such a case, the only way we have is to edit the tables directly in the DB to change the owner of the report.
The same is with “reports subscriptions”. If an e-mail address doesn’t exist anymore, we get the undeliverable message, and from there we can try to figure out the owner of the report and ask to remove the address from his list, or we need to edit the table in the DB.
Feature Suggestion:
Create an Interface in Matomo, where the superadmin can see all E-Mail reports per website incl. the creator and subscriber of the reports and can change/edit both.
My issue is not new, see also:
