I’ve been using Matomo a while and can’t work out how to split the ‘Search Engines’ channel into Organic and paid.
Take Bing for example, our paid Bing Ads account uses simple UTM links. However if I create a segmentation which is:
Channel ‘is’ Search
Campaign medium ‘does not contain’ cpc
It is exactly the same as when viewing ALL users.
Does anyone have any tips on getting an idea of traffic for paid search and organic?
