So please check with your hosting provider too why you get these 50x error messages.
Can you tell us who is it? We know some we have some configuration problems with, maybe we should extend our list?

The solution (finally!!) is to add the below to the .htaccess
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin “*”
I added it to 2 domains and it works

I also face this problem (Oops… there was a problem during the request) in Wordpress site, and when I’m logged into my Matomo dashboard, I do not see the “Platform > Marketplace” as any option in the left sidebar menu.
