Heatmap picture is not styled

Hi guys,
We’ve purchased Heatmap & Session recording plugin, however, one is not loading correctly and isn’t rendering some elements on the page. As a result, most of the website in the heatmap is not styled.

I reading some forums about it not reading CSS, but I’m not sure where to go.

Could you please support me to troubleshoot this issue.

Most likely:

  • the css file of the time of the recording isn’t online anymore
  • your Matomo instance uses HTTPS, but the recorded website doesn’t
  • your website doesn’t allow CORS requests

In all cases it can help to open the browsers developer tools on the broken site to check for error messages there.
