Elimination of invitation function

As has been mentioned elsewhere, I find the invitation function inconvenient.
I am an administrator and have created accounts for many users and provided them with passwords,
and I have confirmed that all users have changed from the passwords I provided.
Therefore, I do not want to change this operation. (I don’t want the invitation function even after 4.12!)
Is it possible to stop the invitation function in Matomo 4.11.0?

Why is it so inconvenient?
Instead of:

  1. Creating a user,
  2. Providing his temporary password,
  3. Creating a message (or phone call or…) to send him all his information
  4. Asking him to change his password for security purposes (and not being sure he did it)
  5. Eventually check if the password has been changed

You just have to:

  1. Invite the user

After all, is it possible to stop the invitation function in Matomo 4.11.0 like a plugin?
