Can't get information from Form Analytics plugin

Hi Matomo Support Team!

I tried to find support via support forms, but didn’t get any feedback.

We faced the problem during integration of “Matomo Form Analytics”. The plugin does not track changes in forms at our website.

Our website is an SPA written on React.

We followed all the recepies in your guide (Form Analytics: Integrate - Matomo Analytics (formerly Piwik Analytics) - Developer Docs - v3):

  • we added “scanForForms” on componentDidMount for every page that contains forms
  • we added “trackFormConversion” on every form submission

DevTool shows that Matomo script is sending data on every form action, but the administrative area is showing around 5% of these actions.

What are we doing wrong? Is there a way to debug this?
