Form Analytics installed but no data

I have registered for free trial 30 days for the Form Analytics.
I setup a server with Matomo
All are setup correctly in the System Check (ex: Writable JavaScript Tracker (“/matomo.js”) - True), no error.

however, when I submitted the a form with ID in the website, it does not show up in the form data/overview
I also create a form to match the ID in the web UI (Matomo), but again, no data show up.

Please help
