Thanks for this solution. This “works” for me as well. I had just installed piwik from scratch, no moduls added yet, nothing done, just installed and trying to log in. Also, I can’t delete templates_c manually (might be true for some other hosts as well). Anyway the adding of the missing parameter helps.
