Hello,
I often encounter the error “Unable to write cache file” in my Matomo instance. This issue is caused by incorrect user and group ownership of the subdirectories. Setting the correct ownership resolves the problem temporarily, but the issue reappears whenever a new subdirectory is created.
I followed the tuto “How to resolve web server permissions for Matomo” but the problem still persists.
Does anyone know how to permanently resolve this issue ?
