I have a wordpress site (El Mundo en Clave de Paz | El Mundo en Clave de Paz) in three languages and I want to apply the piwik plugin to give me the statistics for each language, but as I will do so if there is only one code wordpress.

You could use a Custom Variable Custom Variables Analytics - Analytics Platform - Matomo that would be set to the language. You would then know number of visits, pages, conversions, revenue, for each language.
