WooCommerceAnalytics - tracking untracked users

We are facing problems with WooCommerceAnalytics:
It tracks users and bots, which are by default ignored in Matomo.

Here two examples:

Problem: There are hundrets / thousands of visits a day. So our statistic is quiet useless at the moment.

Any ideas how to fix it?
