Woocommerce premium plugin, only cart updates and not carts with orders

Hello,

Can someone help me (@innocraft), I have the premium woocommerce plugin installed with Matomo, I have several sites that are receveing orders data but one is not, with the same configuration.

The information of the abandoned carts (cart updates) arrives, but the data of the orders is not arriving.
