WooCommerce order tracking broken?


Matomo seems to be failing to track WooCommerce orders across several websites. I have several weeks of no reported online sales for multiple sites that have had online sales during the period.

Software versions are as follows:

Matomo v3.6.0
WooCommerce Matomo Analytics v1.0.10
WordPress v4.9.8
WooCommerce v3.4.5

Thanks for getting in touch. When did the reporting stop for your woocommerce orders? Did it stop for all sites around the same time?

Do you have the latest version of the plugin on Matomo and Wordpress?
I have the latest versions on both platforms and no problem
