Widgetize iframe does not work. refused to connect

PHP Version 7.3.18

When trying to include Widgetize iframe getting connection refused.
I add the recommended settings from https://matomo.org/faq/troubleshooting/faq_147/
https://example.com/index.php?module=Widgetize&action=iframe&forceView=1&viewDataTable=graphEvolution&disableLink=0&widget=1&moduleToWidgetize=VisitsSummary&actionToWidgetize=getEvolutionGraph&idSite=23&period=month&date=today&disableLink=1&widget=1&token_auth=xxxxxxx

OK I found the issue.
Apache had set
Header always setifempty X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN
