Why does piwik sometimes not accept some parameters of a campaign?

I’m not good at English. Please understand.

My company’s marketers created the url as follows :
https://www.mycompany.com/test?utm_source=google&utm_medium=display&utm_content=search_test

But, when I check visitors’s record in log_visit table of databases, the campaign datas don’t exist in some columns.

They asked me about missing data. I tried to find the cause, but I do not know.
I want to know the cause of missing data or keyword for searching.

Is it the problems of web server or piwik or browser or site?
