It seems indirect visits are stable in your periods, then fluctuations come probably the most from direct entries.
Didn’t you simply loose some kind of visitors?

I have 8 websites on the same server, I found that 3 websites on the same date June 13 having traffic drop 40% and never come back until now.

I couldn’t figure out why.
