Where does PIWIK take the IP->Country lookup?

Hi all

At the moment we have a strange behaviour of our piwik.

Our IP is shown to be in Germany, but in Firefox, with the plugin, it shows, that the IP is in Switzerland, also with an IP Solver it shows to be in Switzerland…

Only Piwik means, that it’s in Germany.

Is there any Way to change this? Is there an IP File or something?

GeoIP is not activated on our Counter-Server.
If i activate the GeoIP Tool, this Errormessage shows up:

Good news: GeoIP is now integrated in Piwik, enabling Accurate Visitors Geolocation in your Analytics reports. To enable GeoIP go to the Settings > Geolocation admin page, and follow the short instructions.

You can also get an even more accurate Country & City Database from here to enjoy top accuracy in detecting your visitors locations.
