please take a look at your demopage: piwik demo. Select in the “Last visits graph” module “Pageviews” at “Metrics to plot”.
As you can see, you can see no data before november the 21th:
I’ve got the same problem on my piwik installation (but not at the same date).
Woudl be nice, if this could be fixed, if you need more information about - let me know.

When I look at this link I see the data for all periods. Do you also see it now?
Maybe it was a temporary bug with the time change?
Can you still reproduce on demo today?

Matt: try it with the second line as “page views” instead of “unique visits”
