What plugin processes "Visits Overview" data?

I ran into an issue where “Visits Overview” data shows all zeros, even though daily visits do show up in the graph. I recently disabled a bunch of plugins that were not necessary, since we process logs not client-side tracking. I thought I was careful enough not to disable something we used, but clearly not.

If anyone has similar problem. For log analytics/importing to work, you must have Bulk Tracking plugin active. Without this plugin, logs will not import.
