What is goin on with my Dashboard?

[attachment=6:piwik_dashboard.jpg]hi!

I have installed the piwik analytics at november 2008 and it works fine!
But since a view days I can’t view anything at the Dashboard. (as you see at the attached file)
The Database-Entrys grow and grow, so I think the pages submit the events.

I thought the newest version of Piwik should help and installed it, but the same problem happend.

Any Idea to solve the problem?

best regards

Hi,

Do you have a PHP GD extension enabled?

Please refer to the following link for more information: http://pl.php.net/manual/en/book.image.php

yes I have:

gd
GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
FreeType Support enabled
FreeType Linkage with freetype
FreeType Version 2.2.1
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
XBM Support enabled

it’s funny, it has already worked for 2 months, but now without any changes I am unable to view the statistics style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif

Yeah - I have found the problem!!

The Table “piwik_log_link_visit_action” was marked as crashed. I Repaired it with phpmyadmin and it works!

OK… I repaired the table, but now the dashboard doesn’t show new entrys…
so I’ve removed the piwik-files complete, backup the database and installed it new.

how can I restore the statistics from the last 2 months?
there are some tables in the database:
piwik_archive_blob_2008_11 (1,429)
piwik_archive_blob_2008_12 (6,005)
piwik_archive_blob_2009_01 (1,797)
piwik_archive_numeric_2008_11 (455)
piwik_archive_numeric_2008_12 (2,594)
piwik_archive_numeric_2009_01 (1,647)

is there any problem to insert this archive-tables to my new installation?

I have these values too:
piwik_log_action (21,997)
piwik_log_link_visit_action (69,754)
piwik_log_visit (28,455)

Am I able to get the statistics from the full january? the piwik_log_link_visit_action was about 15 days corrupt and so missing some entrys that are written on the other 2 tables.

hope someone can help me style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif

you should be able to just copy these backed up tables in your database, then update the piwik_site table and set the timestamp to be on the day where your data collection started (ie. a timestamp at the beginning of november 2008, use http://www.timestampgenerator.com/
