What exactly is server time and local time in piwik?

Piwik has some reports like "Visits by Server Time " and Visits by local time …what exactly it means by them

Server time

  1. Time as per timezone of server howting piwik or set super admin
  2. Time of website server time ?

Local time

  1. User local Browser time visting website
  2. Local server time where piwik is installed

I could not find this information any where in piwik documentation , its so confusing , please answer my question

Here is what it means:

  • by Server time: Visits by Hour in the Website’s Timezone
  • by Local time: Visits by Hour as reported in Javascript from the Visitor browser, in their local time
