This issue is probably related to the previously reported bug in WebKit which prevents outlink/download tracking unless the target opens in a new window. I found that it also affects trackGoal, setCustomVariable and trackViewPage, when used in an onClick event of a link, or an onSubmit event of a form. Perhaps it might be useful to extend the FAQ to mention that this issue extends to Goal Tracking. Or perhaps I am wrong…
