Shortly after pushing the update request button, the following failure note appears:
“Oops… während der Anfrage ist ein Problem aufgetreten. Möglicherweise war der Server temporär überlastet (temporarily overloaded server!!!), oder eventuell haben Sie einen Bericht mit zu vielen Daten angefordert. Bitte noch einmal versuchen. Wenn dieser Fehler wiederholt auftritt kontaktieren Sie bitte Ihren Matomo Administrator, um Unterstützung zu erhalten.”
In co-operation with my web provider it has been found out that my personal IP is blocked by the apache2 server of my provider due to too many requests by the Matomo application.
This failure occurs after the provider switched from MYSQL to MariaDB.
I have no further errors, failure messages or male-functions.
The requests can be interrupted by turning of the connection to Matomo.
