We are getting following error - Oops… there was a problem during the request. Maybe the server had a temporary issue, or maybe you requested a report with too much data. Please try again. If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your Matomo administrator for assistance.

How do we resolve this? It is for 1 day of data only but still getting this error.

I’ve gotten the same problem when trying to do the same report with segments. I created a new segment and was able to get things to show up. Try changing the date or creating a segment. It’s worked for me in the past.
