I’m looking to track site usage where visitors are employing screen readers (Jaws). I can’t find anything to search on. Do I need a plug in or to change a configuration?

This sounds like a great use case for custom dimensions.
Create a new custom dimension, add Javascript that detects if users are using screen readers and save it in the custom dimension.
