Hello,

I had this error in Matomo this morning.

WARNING: /plugins/Billing/Controller.php(1221): Warning - Trying to access array offset on value of type null - Matomo 5.4.0-b2.20250505182530 - Please report this message in the Matomo forums: https://forum.matomo.org (please do a search first as it might have been reported already) (Module: Sites Manager, Action: index, In CLI mode: false)

What should I do?

Hi @alexannelaplante
It looks like Billing is not a standard plugin of Matomo (I don’t see it in the Matomo gitHub repo and neither in the Matomo Plugins official Marketplace). Probably you have to have a look there.
Also, it is not advised to update to a notyet released version of Matomo. In your case, Matomo 5.4.0-b2 seems to be a bêta version.
Except if you use Matomo Cloud? In this case, ask directly to the support team by email.
