WARNING: /core/Plugin/Controller.php(807): Deprecated / 4.14.2, php 8.2.5

with the latest version (4.14.2) I get the following message in “all websites”

WARNING: /core/Plugin/Controller.php(807): Deprecated - Creation of dynamic property Piwik\View\OneClickDone::$isCustomLogo is deprecated - Matomo 4.14.1 - Please report this message in the Matomo forums: https://forum.matomo.org (please do a search first as it might have been reported already) (Module: CoreUpdater, Action: oneClickUpdate, In CLI mode: false)

after a reload the message is not shown again.
my question: does matomo fully support php 8.2?

I have get the error, too
how to do ?

I also have an error. Have you figured out what this is about?

Hi @gax, @TCSM, @Danran

  • Which version do you run? (Adrian Ministrator, I see 4.14.2)
  • Which plugins have been installed / activated?

I just ran into the same error message:

WARNING: /core/Plugin/Controller.php(807): Deprecated - Creation of dynamic property Piwik\View\OneClickDone::$isCustomLogo is deprecated - Matomo 4.15.1 - Please report this message in the Matomo forums: https://forum.matomo.org (please do a search first as it might have been reported already) (Module: CoreUpdater, Action: oneClickUpdate, In CLI mode: false)

And also this one:

WARNING: /core/Plugin/Controller.php(808): Deprecated - Creation of dynamic property Piwik\View\OneClickDone::$customFavicon is deprecated - Matomo 4.15.1 - Please report this message in the Matomo forums: https://forum.matomo.org (please do a search first as it might have been reported already) (Module: CoreUpdater, Action: oneClickUpdate, In CLI mode: false)

As it suggests to search in this forum, I ended up here.
Has anybody ever found a solution for it?

edit1: Before these error messages appeared, I upgraded from PHP 8.1 to 8.2, and after everything appeared fine, I also updated Matomo from 4.15.1 to 5.0.2.

edit 2: These error messages appeared one time only so far. If I open the same page, they don’t appear anymore. Whatever that means… Let’s hope it was just a hiccup.

Hi @Danran, @Ravelli, @TCSM, @gax
It seem this has been already solved:
