We currently have version 7.2.7 of php. I was wondering what is the process for upgrading to 7.3.9? I know I will have to download the file from php’s website but other than that how do i go about it? Thanks

Honestly this has little to do with Matomo and depends totally on which operating system you are using and how you are managing your software on your server.
So the most specific explanation I can give is: Refer to the documentation of your software distributor. (Microsoft, Debian, any Linux distribution, any other OS, etc.)
