Has anyone else seen this issue with the viu.one connector in Looker Studio for Matomo?

Any ideas on what can be done by from the user side? Already contacted the company itself but perhaps there is a fix in the meantime?

Connection was fixed by creating a new API Key in Matomo and updating it in the viu.one platform
