Visits log shows actions of multiple visitors in one visit

Hi,
Our Visits log (either eCommerce log or Goal segmented visits) shows actions of different users within a single visit. We see it by order Id from different system.

  • we use javascript tracking
  • we do not use userID
  • we do anonymize Ip (2 bytes)

Any ideas why it may happen and how to prevent that?

Hi, Indeed, masked IP-Address (first 4 digits) shows as the same but also visits show as from different countries (different flags).
