"Visits in Real Time" shows error message

Hi,

since we have upgraded our Linux Server to 18.04 LTS, Php to 7.4, and updated matomo to v3.13.6, we are getting an error message for the visits in real-time report.

It worked properly before this update.
Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Can you check the PHP error log to see what exactly goes wrong?

php fpm log doesn’t show much…

I checked the www.conf. We are currently running this conf:
