Recently, We upgraded to the 3.12.0 version also updated the geoip2(PHP) plugin.
In visitor maps on a country level, we are not able to see any country, but it showing data properly on the previous year.
please help me on this matter.

Can you see correct locations in your visitor log?
The map module is quite old and some countries and regions aren’t properly displayed anymore. 3.13.1 will add a workaround that fixes some more countries, but it will only be perfect again after Matomo 4 includes a completly new map module.
