The visitor map properly shows the countries but when I drill down to the United States for example, I’m unable to see the cities. The map shows “Unknown Region” (in both the Region and City views). Any idea how to capture this data? I’m ran a text on ClickMeter and I’m capturing the data there.

Same thing for me. In addition, the Visitor Map consistently shows 499 visits, even though the Visitors in Real-time widget is updated constantly with new visitors.
