We have multiple domain/subdomain using uniqe java tracking code. My developer want to track one particular subdomain stats. They want to see which broswers and how many ip addresses hit by that specific domain.
Do we have any search option in visitor logs?
You can use segmentation in the visitor log: Segmentation - Compare segments of visitors - Analytics Platform - Matomo

I am not a good programer so could you please explain how to use API? I read tutorial and try example but its giving me output in XML format. I want that output in piwik like graphs tables etc… How do i get those values in Piwik interface?
You have to add the &segment=
parameter manually to the Piwik URL.
