How do you get the visitor IP provider (i.e “comcast” etc etc) to show up in the visitor log. I remember being able to see this on a previous installation. Please help!

Please have a look at your Piwiks plugin list. Maybe the provider plugin is disabled.

Hi Steve - provider was deactivated funnily enough, thanks for pointing that out.
I am getting provider:unknown though for every entry. I tried changing some privacy settings but to no avail. Any tips?

Are you getting unknown providers for new visists, aswell?
It might not be possible to show providers for old visitors
Yes, all new visitors are showing unknown.
