Hi everyone,
We’ve come across a case in which the “total visits” count on the “visits overview” dashboard doesn’t exactly match the total visits count when exported via the “visit log”, but only for one specific day (as far as we can tell).
The total amount of visitors in the exported log is slightly higher than the total as is shown on the dashboard.
There are no filters active of any kind and we can’t find the reason why some visits are clearly present in the log for the day, but for some inexplicable reason they don’t seem to be counted on the dashboard.
Has anybody come across the same issue and/or has an explanation for it?
As mentioned at the top: this seems to be a fringe issue since all days we manually checked always match up exactly, except for one, in which the visit log contains about 2.5% more visitors than the amount that’s shown on the dashboard.
