I have the media tracking add on. I purchased it because I need to track Vimeo livestream viewers. It is tracking prerecorded content without issue but not live streams. I cannot seem any documentation on the topic. Can anyone provide assistance?

Live streams should work without an issue, can you make sure you have the latest version of the plugin? It was recently discovered the domain can be different for some streams and these were not detected. Other than that can you share a URL to page that has a stream with us here: shop@innocraft.com
