I haven’t found any conclusive answers to this question yet - we are using matomo cookieless. Our data protection guys still want us to include the opt-out script on the page. But I don’t know if it will even do anything (other than creating a cookie^^) if a user clicks to opt-out. Does anyone know whether the opt-out script will do any good when using cookieless tracking in matomo?
