Hi, as of a few days ago, out of the blue, we have started having trouble logging in to our self-hosted Matomo.
I thought it was an LDAP thing, but we added some users without using the LDAP, and they also have trouble logging in.
What happens is that when we go to the login page and insert our credentials and press return, quite often the page hangs and goes into a time-out.
Sometimes it lets us in, but then if I try updating the LDAP plugin for instance it hangs again.
The system check doesn’t show anything but the log has a few things but I’m not sure if they are linked to the problem.
I’ve attached the log, any help would be greatly appreciated.
