Hi Matomo team, I have upgraded my piwik onprem prod application from 3.51. to 3.14.1 on Friday 2nd October, that failed but after upgrading the Ldap plugin it worked.
And after that I got an orange banner which stated that some of the plugins are not compatible and was recommending to upgrade them from the Matomo Marketplace.
I started upgrading the plugin called Geo IP 2 and it prompted for the Database upgrade and I clicked OK on that and since then until now (around 6 hours) The upgrade is still in progress and not getting completed and the app is down.
What can I do to this fix this?
Please respond ASAP.
