Upper limit for segments and goals

is there any limit for the number of segments and number of goals I can create per account?

Hello Webanalyst,

Because a segment is CPU-intensive, we have these limits:
Free 21 day trial of Matomo Cloud: 15 segments
Paid Cloud: 100 segments (more are allowed for a fee)
Matomo On Premise: no limit, although you will encounter slower processing of the data. Hundreds of segments can be done. Thousands may not be practical.
