Just upgraded from 0.2.28 to 0.2.29 and can’t login anymore.
No error message is displayed, the only thing that happens is that the im returned to the login screen.
Tried to reset the password without any success.
Im logging in with the “superuser” with account stored in the config file.

cookies are enabled and login works just fine when i downgrade back to 0.2.28
Browser, OS?
Both Google Chrome and IE, haven’t tried FF yet (wrong computer)
Vista Home Premium.
Can try if I get the same result with FF and linux when im at home
you could also try to add a normal user via database and try to login

DB users give the same result. If i type the wrong password on purpose it gives a error message with wrong password but when i type the correct one it justs returns to a blank login page 
Edit: Is it possible to enable some debugging function?
Problem solved style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif
Something must have been wrong in my config file, deleted the old one and recreated it with the installer. Works perfectly now!

Are you trying to say that you have the same problem?
Have you tried to delete dir_to_piwik/config/config.ini and run the install script again to create a new one?
