Upgrade 0.1 to 2.8

I asked if it is possible to upgrade the version of piwik from 0.1 to 2.8
or if there are any updates for transition to get to 2.8

Hello,

I have tried to do the update. (:P)
I had trouble because it required tables do not exist in the database, but I solved (:smiley:
Now the problem is that it retrieves the data history :S

That’s strange, do you see data in your database tables log_visit ? which date and which idsite have data?

Wouldn’t it be easier to do a few incremental updates? Maybe it’s too late already.

so you had no data in your previous piwik ? I dont get it why there is no data in your database

Yes, I had data from the previous database,
in fact I have ten tables with:

**** _ archive_blob_2008_01
**** _ archive_numeric_2008_01
**** _ archive_blob_2008_02
**** _ archive_numeric_2008_02

etc. etc.

Ok what is the content of piwik_sie table ?

If the ts_created field is set to recent date, try updating it to a old date which maybe will then display the data in Piwik ?
