Update to 1.9.2 failed

Hi,
I just updated from 1.8.4 to 1.9.2, I did the database update in the browser as I always do, but I guess it must have timed out. Now all we are getting is a white screen.
I rolled back the code, but when the cron job runs I get the error:

other than this I get no errors in any logs with either version of the code.
Is the SQL which is run on the DB available anywhere so I can manually check what is done and what is not and complete the update?

Oh and I have tried clearing my browser cache, using a different browser and clearing the tmp directory as the faq says.
No difference
