I upgraded to 1.3 over a week ago and had the same issue where the keyword list, external websites, visits by server time, and best search engines were missing among other things and a fix was released. With the 1.4 update it is doing the same thing again, when will this one be fixed?
We have fixed this issue with 1.4, but you have to delete your archive_* tables so your reports are re-processed. Otherwise, it should work only for reports generated after 1.4 was updated.
I have a similar phenomenon, tried updating to piwik 1.4 and deleted all archive* datatables using phpmyadmin.
But this does not help, in fact it is worse now: Now even the statistics which was created with Piwik 1.2 and were still working do not show up anymore.
In phpmyadmin I can see that the archive tables
piwik_archive_blob_2011_03
piwik_archive_blob_2011_05
piwik_archive_numeric_2011_03
piwik_archive_numeric_2011_05
are recreated, but they do not contain any entries.
The only working ‘statistic’ is the visitor log. All other statistic show “Loading widget, please wait…” respective “error while loading data (SecurityError)” in the map and some statistics just keep saying “Loading data…”.
For a short time “Oops… problem during the request, please try again.” is shown in the dashboard.

Thereshould be more errors in your error logs, becasue it looks like Piwik requests to archive data fails for some reasons. usually it is because execution time is limited, or memory is limited?
Should they be in the same log file like the ones I posted? - In this log file only are errors of the type I posted (and I don’t have access to a different log file - but I could ask my hoster, if really necessary)
Does not “premature end of skript headers: index.php” point to a problem directly in index.php (or in includes)?
In the meanwhile I have in
piwik_archive_numeric_2011_03: 146 entries and in
piwik_archive_numeric_2011_05: 1080 entries.
But in the
piwik_archive_blob_2011_03 and in
piwik_archive_blob_2011_05
I still have 0 entries. Is that normal?

Can you try using PDO_MYSQL instead of MYSQLI in your config/config.ini.php ?
I already use PDO_MYSQL, I used it already in Piwik 1.2.

Maybe, try to re-upload all files, maybe some files were not uploaded correctly?
Also, try to disable non Core plugins ?
I re-uploaded the decompressed “latetest.zip”. -> no Change in the dashboard.
I only have plugins which came from piwik, all are marked as “by piwik”. - Anyway I tried to disable plugins, step by step: It seems that the plugin “Referers” causes the problems. Disableing it makes every widget in the dashboard work normal. After reenabling it, I see in all widgets “There is no data for this report.”.
This way i can see most important data again 
- Unfortunately in the “Actions” tab all statistics show "There is no data for this report."
Is this data lost? Or is it provided by the Referes-Plugin?
What can I do to bring it all back working?

Now I found out:
- the error log at my webhoster is written to disk only once a day -> I can see the errors in the log, only 24 hours after they occured.
- the errors I get are quite unspecific:

Same problem here: “There is no data for this report.” for Outlinks
I dropped the tables archive_[blob/numeric]_[05/06] and ran the archive.sh script again, but this didn´t fix it.
What else can I do?
