This seems to be a continuing problem. If anybody else has this problem, please comment here.
Make sure that the Overlay and Transition Plugin is enabled.
thank you for your input. i had to add following lines to config./config.ini.php
Plugins[] = "Overlay"
Plugins[] = “Transitions”
in the [Plugins] section to activate
This is what i am getting after i update, it is all jacked up now idk how to fix
