Unique Visitors not showing in Custom Dimension

In the custom Dimension plugin we can see the daily Unique Visitors. But we cannot see the weekly, monthly or yearly Unique Visitors. We customized the config, so that the processing is enabled for all:

enable_processing_unique_visitors_day = 1
enable_processing_unique_visitors_week = 1
enable_processing_unique_visitors_month = 1
enable_processing_unique_visitors_year = 1
enable_processing_unique_visitors_range = 1

and we reprocessed the data after that, as described in the documentation, but the Uniqe Visitors column still does not show up for us in the Custom Dimension.

Any Ideas?
