We have Matomo installed on our server.
We started getting an error in the Behaviour → Transitions section: “Oops… there was a problem during the request. Maybe the server had a temporary issue, or maybe you requested a report with too much data. Please try again. If this error occurs repeatedly, please contact your Matomo administrator for assistance.”
So we proceeded to set up a cron job to create the archive and disable browser archiving as explained in various guides found online.
We therefore added
browser_archiving_disabled_enforce = 1
to the file /config/config.ini.php
And we also disabled it from the control panel General settings → Archiving settings → no
We have no errors in the System Check.
The “Last Successful Archiving Completion” item is also green.
Despite this, we continue to have the same error on the Behaviour → Transitions page, as if the system continues to attempt browser archiving.
Any ideas on how to proceed?
